Requirements

The Users Api requires Sql Server for its database. Additional database technologies will be supported as demand requires.

The Users Api depends on the Application Api, Keys Api, Tokens Api, and Email Api. All four must be running and your application must be created before the Users Api can be deployed.

Manually create the database (ie, ArchUsersApi) before running the Users Api. It will create its tables.

Installation

The Users Api is distributed as a Docker image from our container registry.

Download the service definition and change the volume source path to something appropriate for your computer. The Users Api will write files to this path.
Set up the Users Api in the Control Panel (see Setup).
Copy the encrypted values for each environment variable the Control Panel gives you and paste them in the service definition file.
Download the appropriate compose script, edit it as necessary, and execute it.
