Requirements

The Application Api requires Sql Server for its database. Additional database technologies will be supported as demand requires.

If using a Hardware Security Module, a YubHSM 2 v2.4 is required. Additional HSM technologies will be supported as demand requires.

Manually create the database (ie, ArchApplicationApi) before running the Application Api. It will create its tables.

Installation

The Application Api is distributed as a Docker image from our container registry.

Download the service definition and change the volume source path to something appropriate for your computer. The Application Api will write files to this path.
Set up the Application Api in the Control Panel (see Setup).
Copy the encrypted values for each environment variable the Control Panel gives you and paste them in the service definition file.
Download the appropriate compose script, edit it as necessary, and execute it.
