In the Control Panel, you will have made an Application to encapsulate your project. This Application needs to be deployed to the Application Api so that Access settings and Api Keys can be generated for the various microservices in your Application.

Deploy the Application Api and perform a health check on it to ensure it is Healthy. Then push this Create Application button and the Control Panel will make the registration with the Application Api. It is a simple step, but it is a required step.
