The Microservice configuration page allows configuration of general settings of the microservice. It contains those that are required to define the microservice, such as name and type, and any other general setting that does not need its own page. Click the Edit icon to edit these settings.

The Name parameter is the name of the microservice. Note that the name is used as part of service authentication, so renaming a microservice will require updating authentication settings for each dependent microservice.

The Type parameter tells the Control Panel what type of microservice this is so that it can show the appropriate configuration screens and menus.
